This is the view out of Nate's bedroom window. The tennis court and there is a basketball hoop hidden behind the palm tree. The pool is to the right of the tennis courts.

It looks like an excellent place to escape a cold Buffalo winter. And now that I have the address you can't keep me away. Except when it's super warm there.
And my verification word is nonprops.
Every day I was down there this past week the temps were in the 90's. I didn't mind it at all. If it's that warm, sit in the ac house and read a book, sit by the pool with an occasional dip, or go to the beach.
I think you should give Nate's bedroom to me and Jon. I like the sliced cucumber color. Can't wait to come visit!!
