It does happen. Uinta County School District #1 called the second snow day of the year. I don't know how much snow we got because it blowing like crazy. The interstate is closed, again. So Evanston has become a big rig parking lot. It is too cold and windy to go skiing.
I have been going out to the state park daily and doing some skiing. I feel great and I love to go out into the peace and quiet.
